Thought Partnership Package | Equitable Urban Development Leaders

Sale Price: $975.00 Original Price: $2,280.00

You’re a passionate and committed leader working to make urban economic development more intentional, inclusive, and equitable. You know that growth alone doesn’t guarantee equity — and you’re determined to make sure your work delivers both. That’s powerful.

This is my lane. After leading a start-up economic development nonprofit and serving as Philadelphia’s Commerce Director during COVID, I launched Equitable Cities Collaborative to support leaders like you.

I understand how hard these decisions are — and how high the stakes can be, especially in uncertain times. This work takes clarity, courage, and vision. I’m here to help you sharpen yours.

Activities will include the following:

Reflect on your journey to find your vision

Your theory of change

Decision-making using a matrix

Evaluate your current approaches

• Prioritize your next steps

I’ll invite you to share any background documents that help to provide me with context on your current and future goals and we’ll meet three times over the course of 2-3 months to chart your equitable development roadmap.

Economic development can be a quagmire. As practitioners, we know growth can be great, but it can also be harmful. Figuring out how to find the right balance is hard. When I was leading Philadelphia’s Commerce Department, I would have loved a thought-partner to help me undo the knots and think through my ideas. That’s why I’d love to play that role for you. Through these three sessions, we’ll explore your core questions and issues, refine and establish goals, and ensure you align your actions with what you want to achieve.
